Doubt of Business

So many companies get away with absurd policies, egregious customer service, or carelessness in owning their destiny. I can't help but wonder, how do more companies NOT go out of business?

In 1997, I called Iomega a number of times to complain about the "clicking" of their Zip drives. This later became known as the "click of death." A couple years later, I laughed at the idea of an AOL-Time Warner merger. A few years ago, I suspected that Netflix "throttled" DVDs. Oracle? No. Skeptic? Yes.
